We use your proofs and family contacts only to send the approval link. We never contact your families for anything else.
What we collect
- From shops: your email address, what you write, the proofs you send and the family contacts you give us.
- From families on an approval page: the typed name, the relationship, the decision or change request, the time, the IP address and the browser type. These make up the approval record.
- On this website: anonymous page counts from Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- The demo on the home page runs only in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us.
Why we keep it
We use it only to send the approval link, to give the shop its record and to answer you. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts this website and the approval pages. Our email provider stores the messages and the records.
How long we keep it
We keep approval records for as long as the shop is a customer, so the shop can show what was approved. Ask us and we delete them.
